Carbon is a wonderful heirloom, its fruit is smooth, large, and beautiful. It is by far one of the darkest and prettiest of the purple types we have seen. They have an excellent complex flavour that makes them one of our favourite dark tomatoes. Being a dark tomato with a high acid content and a strong, rich flavour.
